Our Commitment

At FISKO INDIA™, we engineer proprietary protective systems that safeguard the backbone of your structures. Our products — Diamond Shield™, Plinth Shield™, and JAPANI SHIELD — are developed through years of research, verified in accelerated lab testing (salt-spray chambers, chloride diffusion tests, moisture ingress studies, termite exposure units), and proven in on-site applications.

To strengthen customer confidence, we provide the FISKO INDIA™ Warranty Program — a structured assurance issued for projects that strictly follow our specifications, guidelines, and quality protocols.

DIAMOND SHIELD

Protects reinforcement (TMT bars) from:

• Corrosion caused by water, oxygen, and chloride ingress

• Expansion-induced cracking of surrounding concrete

• Loss of steel-to-concrete bond due to rib weakening

• Cross-section reduction that compromises load-bearing capacity

PLINTH SHIELD

Protects walls from:

• Rising dampness and capillary action

• Efflorescence and salt crystallization

• Plaster hollowing and wall degradation

JAPANI SHIELD

Protects wood from:

• Termite infestation and internal hollowing

• Moisture swelling and joint failure

• UV-induced fading, chalking, and peeling

Eligibility Requirements

Warranty is applicable only when:

Minimum Material Use
Products are purchased and applied in the required quantity, calculated as per surface area and Dry Film Thickness (DFT) standards.

Approved Surface Preparation
MT cleaned to ISO 8501-1 St 2/St 3 or Sa 2.5
Plinth free from laitance, loose mortar, and salts
Wood with ≤ 12% moisture content (digital meter verified)

Controlled Application Environment
Temperature: 10–40°C
Humidity: ≤85%
No water/chemical exposure within 48 hours of application
Full curing allowed: 6–8 days

Minimum Area Coverage
Warranty applies only above specified square meter thresholds.

Project Registration & Inspection
All eligible sites must be registered and verified by FISKO INDIA™ technical representatives before warranty issuance.

Warranty is void if:

• Products are applied outside FISKO INDIA™ specifications

• Surfaces are contaminated, improperly prepared, or excessively moist

• Materials are diluted, altered, or mishandled

• Structural flaws or construction defects unrelated to our products exist

• Application is below minimum threshold coverage

• Failures arise from force majeure events (earthquake, flood, cyclone, fire, etc.)
